At Infinity Hoop, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day refund policy to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase if the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for items that show signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or products that have been used for training purposes.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at supportinfinityhoop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Provide clear photos if the product has any defects. We will respond within 24-48 hours with return shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Exceptions

The following items are non-refundable: clearance or final sale items, custom or personalized products, and items purchased more than 30 days ago. Products showing significant wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for refunds.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at supportinfinityhoop@gmail.com with photos of the defect. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
